Tin Roof Foundation, one of Fabretto's biggest supporters, has helped countless children throughout Nicaragua, including many of our special cases. Included among these are: Tobiel, left, who is paralyzed in his lower body from polio (Tin Roof provided the PET hand-powered cart seen above to help Tobiel get to class); Rosangelica, middle, who has an ear malformation; Carolina, right, whose daughter Scarlet had leprosy when she was an infant, son Carlos Noe suffers from urinary and kidney problems and she herself has ongoing health issues; and many many others.
